Return and Exchange Policy

At House of W, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process. Please read our policy below carefully.   

Returns:

  • Eligibility for Return: You can return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all original tags attached and in their original packaging within 3 days of receiving your order. Certain items that are not eligible for return, such as customized items, or items purchased during final sale. 
  • Return Process:
    1. Initiate a Return Request: Please visit our website at houseofw.com and go to the "[Returns/Order History/My Account]" section. Follow the instructions to initiate a return request for the specific item(s) you wish to return. You may need to provide your order number and reason for return.     2. Confirmation and Return Authorization: Once your return request is received and approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).
    3. Packaging Your Return: Carefully repack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Clearly write or affix the provided RAN on the outer packaging.
    4. Shipping Your Return: You can choose one of the following options for returning your order:

We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking to ensure safe delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
      • [Optional: Reverse Pickup]: In some cases, we may offer a reverse pickup service for eligible locations. If this option is available, it will be mentioned during the return initiation process. A nominal fee of ₹ 99 may be charged for this service, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refund Process:
    • Once we receive your returned item(s) and our quality check is complete, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
    • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • Please note that shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.   


    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will typically initiate a bank transfer to the bank account details provided by you during the return process. Please ensure you provide accurate bank details.

Exchanges:

  • Eligibility for Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color of the same product, you can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the desired size or color is in stock. Exchanges are subject to availability. Certain items that are not eligible for Exchange , such as customized items, or items purchased during final sale. 
  • Exchange Process:
    1. Initiate an Exchange Request: Please visit our website at houseofw.com and go to the "[Exchanges/Order History/My Account]" section. Follow the instructions to initiate an exchange request for the specific item(s) you wish to exchange, specifying the desired size or color. You can also reach us via email - care@houseofw.com.
    2. Confirmation and Exchange Authorization: Once your exchange request is received and approved (subject to stock availability), you will receive a confirmation email with an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN) and instructions.
    3. Returning the Original Item: You will need to return the original item to us following the same packaging and shipping instructions as mentioned in the "Returns" section.
    4. Shipping the Exchange Item: Once we receive and process your returned item, and the requested exchange item is in stock, we will ship the new item to you within 5 business days.
    5. Shipping Charges for Exchange: We offer free shipping for the first exchange. For subsequent exchanges, standard shipping charges may apply.
  • Out of Stock Exchange: If the desired size or color for your exchange is out of stock, we will notify you and process a refund for the returned item as per our return policy.

Important Notes:

  • All returned and exchanged items undergo a quality check before the process is finalized. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product is found to be damaged, used, or not in its original condition.
  • Colors of products may appear slightly different on your screen due to variations in monitor settings. This will not be considered a defect for return or exchange purposes.
